Con el paranaense Lautaro Cipriani, Dogos XV se coronó campeón del Súper Rugby Américas

Dogos XV demostró su poderío en el complemento y se consagró campeón del Súper Rugby Américas al vencer este sábado a Pampas por 37 a 21 en la cancha del CASI. El paranaense Lautaro Cipriani, ex jugador de Tilcara, fue titular en la franquicia cordobesa, aportando significativamente a la victoria, mientras que Ramiro Gurovich y Bruno Heit formaron parte del combinado de Buenos Aires.

El primer tiempo estuvo marcado por la tensión y los errores típicos de una final. Dogos XV fue el primero en abrir el marcador con un penal ejecutado por Julián Hernández. Sin embargo, Joaquín de la Vega Mendía igualó rápidamente para Pampas.

Pampas intentó dominar el juego, pero Dogos XV mostró una defensa sólida, cortando los circuitos del rival. En esta dinámica, Dogos XV logró el primer try de la tarde a través de Aitor Bildosola, después de una excelente ejecución de un line y maul.

Pampas no se quedó atrás y empató con un try de Javier Corvalán tras varios intentos con el pick and go. La franquicia bonaerense parecía tomar ventaja cuando los cordobeses quedaron con un hombre menos debido a la amonestación de Lautaro Simes. No obstante, Valentín Cabral interceptó un ataque y anotó un try para Dogos XV, poniéndolos 15-13 arriba. De la Vega Mendía logró un penal para Pampas, terminando la primera mitad con un 16-15 a su favor.

En el segundo tiempo, Dogos XV ingresó con una defensa impenetrable y comenzó a ganar penales desde el scrum, ampliando su ventaja. Juan Bautista Baronio, quien reemplazó a Julián Hernández, fue clave al convertir cuatro penales, lo que permitió al equipo dirigido por Nicolás Galatro sacar una ventaja de 14 puntos.

A pesar de los esfuerzos de Pampas por refrescar sus líneas con varios cambios y tener un hombre de más, no pudieron superar la firmeza del conjunto cordobés. En el minuto final, Dogos XV consiguió un try penal, mientras que Pampas descontó con un try de Facundo Scaiano.
